Ryan moved to accept the minutes from the November meeting. Graham seconded, and the motion passed.

Voting: Randy is still working on this. Will figure it out in January.
ARIN IP request for FL-IX: Shelved until Q1 of 2024.
Ryan gave an update on upgrades in the Atlanta market and additional optics ordered that are needed to continue the project.
Michael Still and Ryan Landry accompanied Ryan on a recent midnight maintenance in Atlanta. Thank you to them both for their contributions.
Ryan didn’t receive confirmation to delay Arista payment until January. Randy will follow-up.
Ryan reviewed some optics and cables required to complete the upgrade project at FL-IX in Miami.
Ryan moved to adjourn, and Randy seconded.
