Not in attendance:

Meeting commenced at 3:03pm Eastern.

Michael Costello moved to accept the minutes from the March meeting, Randy seconded, and the motion passed.

Randy provided a financial update. Bank balance is quite healthy. Collections are pretty much up to date with a few stragglers. Nothing of concern. The Arista invoice for the Atlanta switches will be paid within the next day, and we can expect the Arista invoice
for the Miami switches next month. Tangible taxes have been filed. The 990s are being worked on by the CPA and should be done within the next two weeks or so. Randy is working on a payroll solution and has a Zoom meeting in a few days with a company referred by the CPA. A discussion was had on updating the bylaws. Michael Costello hopes to work on that next month.

Randy provided an update on the Digital Realty/Colohouse situation. Hoping to wrap that up soon.

Randy provided an update on the new switch installs at Equinix-MI1. All 400G members have been migrated to the new switches, as well as backbone. Randy also renumbered all backbone interfaces in Atlanta and NoVA to RFC 1918 space, and will work on Miami over the next two days. Randy and Michael Still completed the cutover at EdgeConneX Atlanta to the new 24D12 that was installed there. All members have been moved and Michael Still will send Randy the 32D4 to install at EdgeConneX Doral. Randy ordered an OpenGear to be installed at QTS Suwannee.

Randy received a quote for an additional 12 400G-ZR Coherent transceivers from Petabit Scale that was already budgeted for 2026. Randy made a motion to approve the purchase and Michael Still seconded. All voted in favor, motion passed. Randy will order the transceivers. Randy will work with Michael Still on adding more backbone capacity in Atlanta.

Randy still needs to get together with Greg on an Apricot update, but in the meantime, he did provide updated numbers for Greg to announce at GPF in Panama.

Randy gave a quick marketing and social media update. Lots of new followers on LinkedIn. Randy also changed the Facebook URL to match CommunityIX’s name instead of FloridaIX.

Randy provided an update on the sales pipeline.

Randy has a meeting with Arista the following day to discuss 77xx/78xx options for Equinix-MI1 to support 800G and consolidate 100G/400G/800G products as the 7280 series switches are becoming difficult to scale at that site. We would also look to migrate into a multi-cabinet cage at that site as it’s becoming difficult to manage the hundreds of cross connects in a single cabinet. The existing equipment would be shipped to Atlanta to add additional redundancy to a few of the locations. Randy will have Michael Still invited to the call.

Michael Costello moved to adjourn, Michael Still seconded. Meeting adjourned at 3:44pm Eastern.
