Meeting commenced at 3:01pm Eastern.
Michael Costello moved to accept the minutes from the February meeting, Graham seconded, and the motion passed.
Randy provided a financial update. Bank balance is quite healthy. Collections are average for this time of year. We should be caught up soon. Lots of new signups, lots of circuit turn-ups. There will be some invoices from Arista in Q2 for the gear that was shipped to Atlanta, and then early Q3, for gear we just ordered for Miami. 60-month renewal signed with QTS, so that’s out of the way. We signed a 60-month dark fiber ring agreement with Lightpath for QTS-Doral, which will be ready in May.
Randy provided a technical update. 400G muxponder solution is up and running between 365 Boca Raton and 365 Ft. Lauderdale. Some work to do to complete the 365 Ft. Lauderdale to Equinix-MI2 portion. Should be completed soon. Arista equipment received in Atlanta. We installed a 24 port 400G switch at Digital Realty and migrated some members to it already. Some additional 400G agreements pending for this location as well. 400G product is doing quite well. Removing NRC was extremely helpful in that regard. Michael Still installed the Arista 24D12 at EdgeConneX-ATL2 to replace the current 32D4. Randy will work on migrating those members to the new switch, and then the 32D4 will be shipped to EdgeConneX-Doral to replace the switch there, as we have a pending 400G order there. Randy is working on an OOB solution for both EdgeConneX locations with LTE versions of the OpenGear. Hoping within the next few months to get that completed. Randy is working with Brandon on upgrading IXPM at CIX-NoVA the following night to the latest release, 7.1.0 from 7.0.1. Once we verify that is stable, we should bring both Atlanta and Miami up to v7 code.
Randy provided a marketing update. Randy worked with CoreSite on a press release a few months ago and it hit the wire last week. Lots of positive reactions on social media. Michael Costello brought up Greg attending Apricot in Jakarta, Indonesia and provided an IX update for us there. Randy will find out how it went from Greg.
The board recorded an eVote on February 26th, 2026, for the purchase of additional Arista switches for FL-IX at Equinix-MI1. The total was $230,818.04 plus tax and shipping. All board members voted yes.
Michael Costello moved to adjourn, Savvas seconded. Meeting adjourned at 3:22pm Eastern.
