FL-IX members may contact the Network Operations Center for support and fault reporting via email at [email protected]
No export of IXP address space to peers
Members are prohibited from originating or otherwise announcing IP address space assigned to the Community IX peering LANs.
Members are prohibited from observing or recording any traffic other than their own, or from taking any action to result in the misdirection of traffic.
FL-IX does not inspect or retain the contents of traffic exchanged on the IX fabric. FL-IX collects statistical information about traffic flows between members to facilitate the normal operation and troubleshooting of the IX. FL-IX will not disclose this information to third parties, except as necessary to comply with lawful demands for information as required by law, regulation or court order.
PeeringDB Record and FL-IX Entry Required
Having a well maintained PeeringDB entry is a must-have and requirement to connect to FL-IX and for all networks engaged in interconnections, especially for all peering administrators. It gives you information about networks and shows other networks who might be interested in peering with you the basic data they need to know.
If you do not have an entry yet, register here for free. If you already have one, we recommend checking your entry from time to time to make sure it’s up to date.
